They will never let you or anyone else take charge of them; they want you to depend on them for everything, both financially and emotionally. Everyone knows that they are too obsessed with power, but did you know that they will do anything to get it?
Since they can remember, that’s what they’ve always done, and they have no plans to change. Narcissists will do whatever they have to do to keep you on their web. Narcissists will make it clear that they expect you to meet all of their needs. They won’t give up until they get what they want, no matter how long it takes. They need to be in charge in order to feel good about themselves and get what they want.
Number 7: Narcissists try to feel good about themselves by making other people feel bad.
They worry too much about their own worth and are always looking for ways to make it better; one way to do this is to make you think bad things about yourself. When you talk to a narcissist, you can expect them to be rude to you. No one cares one bit about what you want or need.
They really don’t care how you feel; the only thing that matters to a narcissist is how they feel and what they can get out of the relationship. When they put you down, they will do anything to keep getting attention. They only care about getting your attention, so they don’t mind if they make you feel bad in the process. Narcissists will take any chance to put you down and make themselves look better in your eyes.

Number 8: Narcissists will definitely tell you that you have no chance of being successful.
What do you have that makes narcissists want to be around you? The point is to make you feel like you can never do enough, no matter how hard you try. With their demands, they have made you feel like you can’t do anything and are crazy.
This means that they are the only ones who win and feel good about themselves. Narcissists don’t have to do much to stay in charge. When you talk to a narcissist, they will often try to make you doubt your own good sense.
They want you to think you’re a complete and utter idiot who can’t even open a door without breaking it. Narcissists want you to doubt yourself all the time, so they can make you think they are the only ones who can help you.
