Narcissists often and gladly speak ill of other people. They usually don’t have a good word to say about their ex-partners. You might even find this pleasant and share some of these opinions. However, the narcissist will quickly change their tune when it’s time to cut you down to size. Then they will stand chatting amicably with your shared enemy, reveling in your dismay. Don’t believe that the narcissist thinks their ex is as bad as they say. If the ex suddenly reappears and provides the narcissist with fuel, they can quickly disappear again.

Number 7: A narcissist sabotages your family.
You have a loving relationship with your family and good friends. Then be careful! Nothing will the narcissist hate more. Such a person will stop at nothing to bring your closest friends and family members to their side by spreading rumors or ambiguous comments. They know exactly how to strike a nerve with your loved ones.
If your loved ones start worrying, they might ally with the narcissist against you. If you suspect you are with a narcissist and your loved ones suddenly start behaving strangely, lay everything out on the table. Don’t let the narcissist sabotage your family and you any further.
