The third thing is the feelings of others.
They do not care when they have embarrassed or hurt you. They do not care when they make you cry, or they disappoint you. And they also, do not care when they are starving you of love and affection. Narcissists lack empathy and they only feign empathy if it makes them look better.
But they do not care how their actions affect others or if other people around them are having a hard time. It is nothing for the Narcissist to watch someone in need and not offer a helping hand. The Narcissist prefers when the people in their lives are unsatisfied and unhappy.
They prefer also to be the cause of your pain and suffering. The only emotion of yours that causes alarm to a Narcissist is you being happy. That they cannot tolerate. So they will actively look for ways to eradicate that happiness. But aside from that the Narcissist does not care about how you are feeling.
The fourth thing is your well-being.
They do not care if you are in good health; they just want you to carry on doing what you can for them. Therefore, your mental, physical, and spiritual state is of no concern to the Narcissist. In fact, they do not want you to be healthy and whole, so it is in their best interest to break you down mentally, physically, and spiritually.
It is very nonsensical. On the one hand, they want you to serve them, but on the other hand, they are not willing to ensure that you are properly taken care of so that you can continue serving them. They do not care enough to look beyond their wants and needs, which is why they end up cycling through various people and relationships not caring who they leave behind.
